Our rate structure is really quite simple. We currently offer three billing options: per project, monthly retainer and hourly. To assist you, each option is described below.

Project Plan
If you will require our services for only one project or infrequently, you may wish to pay on a "per project" basis. We will review your project specifications and provide you with an estimate prior to commencement of work. All project prices are estimates and, therefore, are subject to change. Payment is due in full prior to delivery of finished product. Expenses are additional.

Monthly Retainer Plans
If you require our services on an ongoing basis, you can save money with a monthly retainer plan. We have listed three plans below and will be happy to customize a monthly retainer package to suit your needs -- just ask! Monthly retainer payments are due prior to the first of the month. Expenses are additional.

     The Executive
     - Save 10% off our standard hourly rate!
     - 20 hours per month at $22.50 per hour = $500.00
     - additional hours billed at $22.50 per hour

     The CEO
     - Save 15% off our standard hourly rate!
     - 40 hours per month at $21.25 per hour = $850.00
     - additional hours billed at $21.25 per hour

     The Entrepreneur
     - Save 20% off our standard hourly rate!
     - 60 hours per month at $20.00 per hour = $1,200.00
     - additional hours billed at $20.00 per hour

Hourly Plan
Hourly Rate - $25.00
If you need only a few hours of assistance during the month, you may choose to pay for our services at one hourly rate. Payment is due in full prior to delivery of finished product. Expenses are additional.

Our Rate and Payment Policy

Hourly rates are billed in quarter-hour increments.

A signed contract, outlining the details of the project, will be required before beginning work.

A $15.00 minimum fee is charged on all projects.

A 25% deposit is required on all project plan assignments prior to work being started.

We reserve the right to add a 25% surcharge to all projects requiring "Rush" service.

We reserve the right to add a 25% surcharge to all projects requiring evening and weekend service.

Monthly retainer invoices are mailed three weeks prior to the first of the month and are due and payable prior to the first of the month.

Payment is due in full prior to delivery of finished project for work performed under the Hourly or Project Plans.

There will be a $25.00 service fee for any returned checks.

We accept payments in the form of business checks, cashier's checks and money orders. Payment can also be made with Visa, MasterCard or bank account withdrawals through the online PayPal system. Click on the link below for more information or contact us at [email protected]
